The ACFID Blog is a platform for Members, policy makers, and the general public to share knowledge, engage with each other, and influence debate.

The ACFID Blog aims to encourage vibrant discussions about the important issues affecting international development. Blogs may feature policy discussions, innovations, good practice, project successes, learnings, research undertaken, comment on political debate, propositions, or analysis.

The ACFID Blog is also used to promote events and news in the sector.

Our contributors

We welcome contributions from ACFID Members, academics, analysts, policy makers, activists, politicians, public servants, and consultants.

The views expressed in the ACFID Blog are those of individual authors and do not represent the views of ACFID or the institutions to which the blog authors are attached.

Our approach to moderation

We encourage comments and welcome different opinions, and we ask that all users adhere to the spirit of respectful dialogue. We ask that commentators identify themselves by their full names unless there are good reasons for not doing so.

ACFID monitors all posts and reserves the right to remove any comments that breach our Guidelines. If you wish to alert ACFID site administration to a comment you believe breaches our Guidelines please, contact our ACFID Media and Communications Coordinator. This will bring it to our attention for review.
