ALWS invites suitable candidates to consider taking on the role of Finance & Support Services Manager, which is accountable for financial management, human resource management, compliance and administrative matters for the organisation. The Manager will lead a small, committed team of staff and volunteers within the organisation to support ALWS work in 15 countries.

The Finance and Support Services Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a key role in the leadership of ALWS. The incumbent, who is retiring, will be available for an extended transition.
A competitive salary package will be negotiated based on the capability of the successful candidate.
