Scope of Position
The role of the Good Return Nepal Training Coordinator is to provide capacity building, implementation support, curriculum design and development support for Good Returns’ training programs within Nepal and other countries of operation (as needed). This will include identifying ways to digitise the existing CAFE training program, working closely with partner agencies to implement the curricula, and developing ongoing relationships with existing and new partners.
The Training Coordinator will be expected to identify new training solutions and approaches to enhance the CAFE training program, and develop ongoing relationships to expand the delivery of Good Returns’ initiatives to new partners. The Nepal Training Coordinator will complete a range of activities, including field visits, learners needs assessment, training curriculum design, program implementation, and continuous refinement to ensure the Nepalese version of the CAFE curriculum and resources are adapted to meet the context requirements.
The Training Coordinator will also be expected to provide input into project proposals and project design documents in collaboration with the Nepal Country Coordinator, CAFE Program Manager and other Program Team staff.
