  • Description: The Adara Group is committed to ensuring that it and the persons who work with it maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional behaviour. This Code of Conduct explains the standards of behaviour expected of all Adara Persons in their work for the Adara Group and specifies the Adara Group’s policy in key areas. It is a great example of a Code of Conduct which goes above and beyond the requirements in the ACFID Code.

  • Due Diligence of ACCI Relief – these Guidelines and the accompanying checklist is designed to assist ACCI Relief staff  through the process of undertaking due diligence check on prospective new partnerships, which is a requirement under the ACFID Code at Commitment 5.1 (“We respect and understand those with whom we collaborate”). The purpose of these Guidelines is to provide a tool that helps one build a sound understanding of an organisation so that a well-informed decision can be made, about whether or not to establish a partnership with them.

  • Child Safeguarding Policy of ACCI Relief – this policy is a good example of a thorough approach to child safeguarding. It not only complies with the requirements of the ACFID Code at commitment 1.4, it demonstrates good practice and covers other aspects of safeguarding including child involvement, and a detailed consideration of risk including a stance on residential care and volunteering.
