Health Equity Matters is seeking an expression of interest from an experienced safeguarding consultancy or consultancy to:
(a) conduct a safeguarding audit of program partners organisational policies to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation abuse and harrassment (SEAH) and child abuse and exploitation (CAE) – those participating in the Sustainability of HIV Services for Key Populations in Southeast Asia Program (SKPA 2). The audit would identify strengths and gaps for improvement;
(b) Develop a self-directed e-learning Safeguarding Module for all Health Equity Personnel (Board and Committee members, staff in Australia and the Bangkok Office, volunteers, consultants and contractors) and SKPA 2 program partners (covering safeguarding: SEAH and CAE).
The intention is to commence the consultancy as soon as possible and complete it by 22 September 2023.
