This recruitment will establish a pool of candidates for three types of officer-level positions, which the Lab will draw on for current and future vacancies. Hybrid roles are also possible, which combine elements of two or three of the positions outlined below. You do not need to meet the criteria for all three types of positions to apply.

Communications Officer
The purpose of the Communications Officer role is the coordination and production of the Lab’s communications and policy engagement activities.
This includes a combination of internal activities (for example, working with analysts to produce digital products, reports, and private briefings), public-facing activities across our digital platforms (such as the Intel, our website, the Readout podcast and email distribution), and making a critical contribution to the Lab’s impact with key development leaders.
This role will include supporting strategy implementation, design, communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Project Officer
The purpose of the Project Officer role is to enable the successful design, delivery, monitoring and impact of the Lab’s projects.
This role will work closely with the respective Project Lead across wide range of administrative, operational, analytical and stakeholder engagement tasks.
Analyst
The purpose of the Analyst role is to produce research and analysis that is responsive to stakeholder needs and in line with the Lab’s impact goals and its values.
This includes identifying research / analysis topics based on stakeholder needs, designing and delivering research and analysis, producing written pieces for publication. The role includes more traditional research and analysis activities as well as developing and testing innovative approaches.
