About the Role:
We want someone unique! We want someone who is dynamic, resourceful, courageous, and energetic – someone who is creative and is keen to work with an amazing team to do essential work EVERY day; we want the whole package!
Working within the Public Engagement team, this role will contribute to the growth of the whole of CBM Australia by developing and leading the volunteer activities to support the work of the organisation. Coordinate, support, motivate and nurture our awesome hybrid volunteer team, who alongside you will work on our data, our mailing, our research and evaluation, our stories from the field and so much more, so that we can make a bigger difference. The role primarily engages volunteers living in Australia to develop long term and sustainable relationships, which will ensure we can provide administration, supporter nurturing, including prayer circles, and many other activities to support the delivery of programs.
