Accessibility
ACFID is committed to overcoming prejudices and disadvantage and promoting fair and just access to resources and opportunities. As such, ACFID is endeavouring to making this website useable by all people by meeting the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA).
We have included the UserWay widget (located on the bottom right-hand of the web page or accessible by clicking CTRL+U). This is a user-first accessibility tool that allows the website visitor to change aspects of the website to suit their needs – such as changing colour contrasts, highlighting links, enlarging text and spacing, pausing animations, changing fonts and more.
We are consistently aiming to improve the accessibility of our website to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users. If you do encounter an accessibility issue, please contact us on [email protected]Â with the specific web page and issue and we will make all reasonable efforts to fix the issue.
Our Code of Conduct guides our values and the way that the Board and the Secretariat perform their work. This includes Commitment 2.4 which focuses on promoting the empowerment of people with disabilities
