RACS Global Health is seeking an experienced evaluation consultant to conduct an end of program evaluation of the DFAT funded, Samoa Hearing Program.
The evaluation will review the program design and assumptions made at the start of the program development process. It will assess the extent to which the program results have been achieved, partnerships and institutional arrangements established and sustained, capacities built, and gender and disability inclusion have been integrated into the program. It will also assess whether the program implementation strategy has been effective and recommend areas for improvement and learning.
Key Locations and Dates:
Location: Evaluation work will be conducted in Apia, Samoa, with preparatory and
reporting work to be undertaken in Melbourne, Australia, and/or the consultant’s home base).
Expected period: 15 to 20 days
Expected start date: 1st November 2024
Application deadline: 25th October 2024 (applications will be reviewed on rolling basis)
