Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Projects & Partnerships Manager is a key position responsible for the management of Mary Ward International’s projects and partnerships portfolio.
You will provide leadership across the organisation’s portfolio of development initiatives, ensuring projects are strategically aligned and meet high standards of quality, safeguarding, compliance, monitoring and evaluation. Working closely with international partners, the Board and staff, you will strengthen relationships, identify opportunities for innovation and support the continuous improvement of our programs.
In the role, you will contribute to organisational strategy by developing policies and frameworks, overseeing portfolio risk and compliance, preparing reports for the Board and funding partners, and identifying opportunities to strengthen sustainable funding.
