We work across a range of sectors including social and economic development, gender equality, disability inclusion, democracy and civil society strengthening, health, education, infrastructure, climate change and disaster resilience, and agriculture.

In all our work, we engage collaboratively with key audiences to ensure that MEL is fit for context and meets relevant standards, while also strengthening MEL capability and ownership. This way of working aligns with our values of promoting locally-led development and building local MEL capability, while ensuring that MEL provides relevant evidence for reporting and decision-making.  We combine our extensive MEL expertise and experience with dedicated in-house data and digital capabilities, alongside the Clear Horizon Academy, which is a leading global provider of learning and development in MEL.
