Good Return’s Field Support Officer (FSO) program provides opportunities for skilled volunteers to work with Good Return and its partner organisations. The FSO Program has enabled previous volunteers to build their careers in the international development sector, with a number now in paid roles both in Australia and overseas.
This position is based in Indonesia and is focused on our Impact Investment program and our partnership with local fintech CROWDE. The role is an exciting and unique opportunity to drive investment and growth in women-led businesses and a more inclusive rural sector in Indonesia.
You will be responsible for supporting the Impact Investment Manager, building the capacity of our local partners in Indonesia, and helping with the implementation of gender action plans. You will also be working closely with our Monitoring & Evaluation team, Financial Education, and Responsible Investing Finance teams to enhance partner effectiveness, and our Marketing team to share the program’s successes.
You will be supported with induction training, vaccination and airfare costs, visa expenses, and a monthly allowance.
