Are you someone who excels at forming partnerships and is interested in building the financial well-being and capability of people in Indonesia? The role of the Indonesia Program Coordinator is to provide coordination and implementation support for projects that fall under Good Return’s core program areas (primarily Financial Capability, Sustainable & Inclusive Finance, and Access to Finance). In doing so the Indonesia Program Coordinator will coordinate with Good Return team members (particularly technical specialists) to develop partnerships and build partner agencies’ internal capacity in these core programs. The initial focus will be on developing a new partnership for CAFE Initiative to support financial knowledge, business skills and money management education.
The Indonesia Program Coordinator has scope to identify new projects and partnerships. This may include scoping visits, needs assessments, partner capability assessments, as well as stakeholder and donor engagement. Project proposals and project design documents will be developed by the Indonesia Program Coordinator in collaboration with the Asia Regional Manager, the Grants Writer and other Program Team staff.
